Larry Barnhill grew up understanding one thing clearly: you had to be the one in control. Of your environment. Of the room. Of the narrative.
As a University of Florida athlete, he learned what the arena felt like — the discipline, the competition, the weight of expectation. He carried that intensity into the professional world and kept winning. By his early adult years, he had built a life that looked like the blueprint. The right circles. The right rooms. The executive presence to move through both.
